Estimator Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a well-established, well-respected, and forward-thinking specialist contractor, Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. Within this position, you will play a key role in the business's future success and have uncapped career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and assessments to estimate costs and quantities of materials required for projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates and reports to clients and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in a construction or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
