About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for an Aquatic Instructor, where you will be immersed in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere alongside passionate colleagues. Your role will involve inspiring others to collaborate and excel, utilizing your enthusiasm for teaching and swimming.

As an Aquatic Instructor, you will engage with our clientele, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge and expertise while delivering exceptional class programming and instruction. Our swimmer development stages align with the National Plan for Teaching Swimming, and we require our instructors to possess at least a UKCC Level 2 qualification. While a Lifesaving Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) is preferred, we are committed to supporting motivated individuals in obtaining these certifications through our ongoing learning and development programs.

There are numerous pathways available within our organization. Your journey as an Aquatic Instructor can lead to various roles, including Swimming Coordinator or Contract Swimming Development Manager.

In this position, you will benefit from continuous training and development opportunities, including assistance with your NPLQ or NRASTC qualifications, enhancing your customer service skills, and much more.
