Project Overview:
Located centrally, this project involves a high-end reinforced concrete frame development. Currently in the groundwork phase, it necessitates additional oversight due to the company securing further contracts set to commence across the region. You will report directly to a highly experienced Project Manager who will provide exceptional support and guidance, ensuring the success of this project, which will enhance your professional profile. Your responsibilities will include managing various subcontractor packages, leading subcontractor progress meetings, reporting on progress, and overseeing health and safety as well as quality from the groundwork stage through to project completion. A solid understanding of Construction Management is essential, particularly in relation to live packages within high-rise residential, multi-occupancy structures, and student accommodation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of £65,000 to £70,000 based on experience and skill set
