We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local primary school in Canterbury. As a Primary Main Class Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Support individual students and small groups to reinforce learning objectives and promote academic progress.
- Help create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages students to thrive and reach their full potential.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience.
- Supervise students during activities and break times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the vibrant school community.
