CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join a prominent Facilities Management firm operating in Leeds and nearby regions.

We are in search of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to become part of our expanding engineering team, engaging in a dynamic and varied role where each day presents new challenges. Our proficient technicians deliver mobile execution of both scheduled and urgent maintenance services across a wide range of clients and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maintenance evaluations
  • Perform respective troubleshooting and documentation
  • Execute all building maintenance tasks
  • Establish client rapport and report any issues during site visits
  • Complete all work-related paperwork accurately and punctually, maintaining logs of inspections, reports, and corrective actions.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Background in a Maintenance / Facilities Management setting or a comparable position.
  • Possessing relevant certifications such as a completed apprenticeship, C&G or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work protocols, and safe operational practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, including proficiency in using mobile devices.
  • Able to perform physical tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces. Good verbal and written communication and computer skills.
  • Highly self-driven and solution-oriented with the capability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
