Reach Truck Driver Opportunity

Ultimate Recruitment is seeking a skilled Reach Truck Driver to join our client's team in Desborough.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an accredited Reach Truck license and a NOVICE D2 license.

Shift Details:

  • Nights: Monday to Friday, 22:00-06:00

Pay Rates:

  • Paye: £14.12 per hour, £20.18 overtime rate after 37.5 hours
  • Umbrella: £16.75 per hour, £23.94 overtime rate after 37.5 hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely unload and load goods using manual handling equipment.
  • Log all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System.
  • Pick and pack orders for dispatch in line with customer requirements.
  • Complete stock checks on time, safely, and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve daily team targets.
  • Report machinery faults and health and safety breaches following proper procedures.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Reach Truck license.
  • Excellent time management and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
