Job Title: Abattoir Operative

Role Overview: As an Abattoir Operative, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and animal welfare during the slaughtering process.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary Range: £12.45 to £18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to strict guidelines for hygienic slaughtering, dressing, and evisceration of livestock.
  • Utilize and maintain slaughtering equipment, including knives, with proficiency.
  • Assist in the loading of vehicles for product dispatch.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in an abattoir setting is essential. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene is crucial.
