We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Retail Operations Supervisor to contribute significantly to our team's achievements. In this role, you will support the Counter Manager in guiding, mentoring, and nurturing our team of Fragrance Specialists to meet sales, customer service, and operational objectives.
Our retail spaces are crafted to provide sensory experiences, allowing customers to discover raw ingredients and engage their senses. As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will assist in orchestrating captivating in-store events to elevate the customer journey and ensure the seamless operation of the store.
