**Duration:** 6-Months + Likely Extension

**Rate:** £700 Daily Rate Inside IR35 via Umbrella

**Clearance:** BPSS

**Job Summary:

  • Support the commissioning of offshore wind turbines at pre-assembly yards as part of our clients' portfolio of project assets.
  • Assist and support site activities to ensure safe, full, and effective use of reporting documentation in accordance with Company and/or client policies and procedures.
  • Attend site locations to support the activities, ensuring commissioning procedures are followed and completed, signed, and verified in conjunction with project procedures and documentation.
  • Interface with Contractors and joint venture partners on applicable commissioning scopes offshore.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working within an electrical engineering environment on low voltage and high voltage plant/equipment such as HV cables, 66kV switchgear, Systems within the WTG.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of offshore wind farm construction, commissioning, and/or operations in the UK or a similar industrial sector. Knowledge of wind turbine technology.
  • Ability to thrive on commissioning activities and managing the associated tasks.
