About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Void Repair Supervisor to join our team at The Guinness Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing void repairs from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results while managing time and cost effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise void repairs, ensuring compliance with void lettable standards and quality assurance.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve repair issues.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient and productive work.
  • Conduct pre and post-inspections, creating works specifications and gaining asset data.
  • Monitor and control time and cost, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timescales.
Requirements
  • NVQ or equivalent in a building trade.
  • Knowledge of SORs and disrepair legislation.
  • Extensive experience supervising reactive repairs/void service for social housing.
  • Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish great working relationships.
