Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. This position is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in a rapidly expanding business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the online promotion of available properties in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, ensuring that listings are current and accurate.
- Serving as the initial point of contact for potential clients, promptly addressing inquiries and scheduling viewings.
- Facilitating property viewings and negotiating offers with prospective tenants to drive occupancy.
- Overseeing the progression of tenancy applications, including necessary checks and documentation.
- Enhancing customer retention through proactive renewal discussions and negotiations.
- Maintaining accurate records and data related to all lettings activities.
- Collaborating with third-party agents as needed.
- Assisting the Head of Lettings with rental market appraisals.
- Meeting operational KPIs, including occupancy rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Providing regular updates on lettings performance to the Head of Lettings.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience in real estate and residential lettings, preferably in BTR/PRS.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to the industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Competence in presenting and interpreting information clearly and professionally.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
