We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician and Supervisor to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) as a Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) and providing clinical leadership and supervision to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise EMHPs to ensure they are delivering high-quality services to children and young people.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure they are meeting the needs of service users.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support children and young people with mental health difficulties.
- Work closely with the MHST Clinical Lead and Operational Manager to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.
- Participate in service development and contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects.
- Relevant graduate qualification with a recognised professional body.
- A minimum of 2 years post-grad experience of working in CYP mental health settings.
- Experience of offering CBT-informed interventions within a CYP mental health setting.
- Registration/provisional registration with a recognised body.
