Cyber Security Infrastructure Specialist - Competitive Salary

About the Organization:
We are collaborating with a prominent global entity specializing in the production of chemical solutions for diverse sectors. In response to the increasing necessity for robust security measures across their infrastructure, we are seeking a Cyber Security Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the safeguarding of their operational systems.

Position Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will provide support to both the Infrastructure and Cyber Security Management teams, serving as a vital link between the two. Effective communication with both departments is crucial, as you will need to grasp their unique requirements to facilitate essential modifications while ensuring minimal service disruption and maintaining system uptime.

This is a newly established position within the organization, and we are looking for an individual who can contribute to the evolution of this role. A comprehensive understanding of cyber risks and the ability to manage vulnerabilities within the infrastructure is essential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the administration and upkeep of server environments (Linux / Windows / Azure / VMware)
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Security Suite (Defender / Sentinel)
  • Ability to identify security threats and manage vulnerabilities effectively
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Intune / Azure AD / etc.)
  • General knowledge of Networking Security Protocols
  • Strong documentation and communication capabilities
