Job Title: Estimator

Overall Purpose of Job

The Estimator will have responsibility for identifying and evaluating all new business opportunities and producing and submitting all tenders and quotations. Working closely with the General Manager and Contract Managers, you will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering business growth and expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Contract Managers to develop and submit tenders and quotations that meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the General Manager and Contract Managers on business progress and performance.

  • Proven experience in business development and estimation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
