This is an office-based position.
Job Overview:
As a Client Support Coordinator in the Property Maintenance Division at Rugby Council, you will be instrumental in assisting residents with their property maintenance inquiries and ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing incoming client inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and in-person.
2. Recording maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with maintenance teams.
3. Providing precise information and updates to clients regarding the status of their maintenance requests.
4. Addressing client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely resolution of maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a client support role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
Proficiency in utilizing client support software and systems.
Familiarity with property maintenance or repair processes is advantageous.
