Junior Chef

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Chef to join our esteemed culinary team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our residents enjoy a delightful dining experience.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus a welcome bonus

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Guide and mentor the kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and HACCP, while managing inventory and deliveries.
• Assist in organizing special events and seasonal celebrations, providing memorable culinary experiences.
