Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Charles Levick Limited. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including creating detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including coordinating meetings, escalating issues, and providing regular progress reports.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and validate project budgets, maintain accurate cost reports, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with current processes and templates, and implement quality assurance measures to mitigate risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Qualification: PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Project: Experienced in using Microsoft Project to prepare and monitor detailed plans and Gantt charts, resource levelling.
  • Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and set high standards of behavior.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project requirements.
