About the Role:

As a Leisure Property Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping families discover their ideal holiday retreat. Your mission will be to guide potential homeowners through the exciting journey of purchasing a holiday home, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their needs.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Dream Getaways: Assist families in securing their dream holiday property with comprehensive training and continuous support.
  • Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with current property owners, assisting them in seamless transitions and part-exchange processes.
  • Sales with Integrity: Engage in a target-oriented environment where your honesty and transparency will create exceptional experiences for prospective buyers.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with commission potential, aiming for an OTE of £50,000 and above.

Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with experience in property sales, automotive sales, or similar fields. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • A proven track record in sales, particularly in high-value items.
  • Understanding of financial governance and credit processes (preferred).
  • A valid UK driving license (beneficial but not essential).
