About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pub manager to join our team at Catchems Corner, a popular local pub in Stoke on Trent. As a Marston's pub manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving sales growth through excellent customer service, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and meet targets
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and the community to drive sales and growth
What We Offer
  • 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT
  • 100% of food sales
  • Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost
  • Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a pub manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
