About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified mechanical engineer to lead our mechanical services team. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for setting and delivering the strategy and standards for safe, effective, and efficient mechanical systems. You will also deliver the programme for all mechanical asset replacement works, setting priorities with due regard for safety, efficiency, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mechanical services strategies and standards
  • Lead and manage mechanical asset replacement works
  • Provide technical leadership to project managers, consulting engineers, and installation contractors
  • Support colleagues in the mechanical operation teams to achieve our vision

Requirements
  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
