EMEA VAT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled VAT policy specialist to join our team for a 3 to 4 month contract, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of VAT experience, providing VAT advice to business teams and other commercial stakeholders, and EMEA VAT regime expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand the business implications of VAT rules and new regulations across the organization
- Review new VAT regulations to identify key points and assess their impact
- Develop talking points and best practices for new rules like marketplace VAT collection and data sharing
- Monitor upcoming VAT regulatory changes and summarize their effects for internal teams
- Write reports for senior leadership on VAT issues and strategies to address them
Requirements:
- 5+ years of VAT experience
- Experience providing VAT advice to business teams and other commercial stakeholders
- EMEA VAT regime expertise
