Dakota Edinburgh is on the lookout for a vibrant and sociable individual to fill the role of Breakfast Service Associate. This part-time position primarily requires availability on weekend mornings, making it an excellent fit for students or those with weekday obligations.
CONTRACT AND COMPENSATION
The pay rate is competitive, reaching up to £13.54 per hour, with weekly payments resulting in a minimum gross annual salary of £8,488 (including expected tronc payments). This role comes with a permanent contract, ensuring a minimum of 12 hours of work each week, predominantly on Saturdays and Sundays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests upon arrival, serving beverages such as tea, coffee, and toast before taking their breakfast orders.
- Perform the duties of a section waiter/waitress, providing attentive table service, managing guest orders, and delivering large trays of delectable food to tables.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by offering personalized recommendations for dishes and beverages, creating a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams to maintain effective communication.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the breakfast menu to provide guests with informed recommendations, including knowledge of allergens present in dishes.
