- Set clear targets for student learning and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Keep accurate and efficient records of student progress and assessment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a PGCE and QTS.
- Proven experience as a Class Teacher in primary schools.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, colleagues, pupils, and parents.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Understanding of and experience with safeguarding practices as a teacher.
