Aviation Structures Technician - Wedgetail (Contract/Permanent)
Carbon60 is collaborating with a leading aerospace organization on a significant military initiative, modifying B737NG aircraft into the advanced E-7A Wedgetail. This presents a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a crucial defense program for those seeking their next role as a Structures Technician.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in reconfiguring large aircraft structures.
- Experience in manufacturing or production settings.
- Commitment to obtaining EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certifications if not already possessed.
- Experience with C17 Globemaster or Chinook aircraft.
Security Requirements:
Due to the classified nature of the project, all Structures Technicians must possess:
Security Clearance - candidates should be eligible for clearance.
A successful trade test to verify skills in accordance with Boeing standards.
Work Schedule:
Week 1: Monday-Thursday
Week 2: Tuesday-Friday
Overtime opportunities are available on Mondays and Fridays.
