RSK Group is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our expanding team in the South West and Wales. As a key member of our environmental consultancy, you will play a crucial role in shaping a sustainable future for the region.

Key Responsibilities- Lead EIA Projects: Develop and implement effective EIA strategies for major renewable energy projects.
- Feasibility Studies & Documentation: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and prepare comprehensive environmental reviews and EIA documentation.
- Proposal & Tender Production: Create compelling proposals and tenders that meet client needs and expectations.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert advice on environmental matters to clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Mentoring & Development: Mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development within the company.
- A BSc degree in a relevant discipline, preferably complemented by an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Full membership of IEMA and/or Chartered Environmentalist status (or are working towards it).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of the EIA process, including current methods, legislation, techniques, and guidance.
- Strong project management skills, including financial management, program management, and quality control.
