Swimming Teacher Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively, complying with regulations and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of the swim lesson programme, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • STA Award or Certificate or a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming.
  • Experience of teaching a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers.
  • Flexibility in approach to teaching and working hours.
