About the Role:
MTrec Technical is excited to represent a leading manufacturing organization in their pursuit of growth and internal development. We are currently seeking a dedicated Lubrication Operations Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting small engineering initiatives at various customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on-site fluid management and condition monitoring services.
• Oversee all activities conducted on-site.
• Apply, change, and replenish lubricants and fluids in machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to a predetermined maintenance schedule.
• Manage waste streams to ensure safe disposal off-site.
• Utilize the company’s internal IT system for reporting.
• Engage with customers and participate in meetings as required.
• Follow established practices and procedures, including 5S and Health & Safety regulations.
About You:
• Previous experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or chemical sectors is preferred.
• Proven experience in coordinating small-scale projects is essential.
• Proficient in IT applications.
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• Experience working with stakeholders at various levels.
• Background as a machine operator or team leader is advantageous.
• Comfortable in creating reports and presenting findings.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
