Job Overview

What does a Care Professional do?

As a care assistant, your role is to support the most vulnerable individuals in your community through a range of tasks. Are you passionate about providing compassionate support to others? While you may not be a gourmet chef, you will be responsible for helping to prepare nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. You don’t need to be a qualified nurse, but assisting with medication reminders is an essential part of your responsibilities. You won’t need to be a fashion expert, but you will help clients choose their outfits for the day after assisting them with personal care.

Required Skills

Are you able to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals? Building meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals is key.

Our care assistants are known for their reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality. Being on time is crucial as clients look forward to your visits.

Are you prepared to support clients in remote areas at their required times? A willingness to go the extra mile is essential.

Flexibility is required to assist clients during early mornings, evenings, and every other weekend as needed.

This position is based in the UK, and eligibility to work in the UK will be verified during the recruitment process.
