Agile Work Environment
Our team operates within an agile framework, focusing on bi-weekly sprints to achieve our project objectives. You will contribute to several key initiatives, including:
- Creation of a new asset dataset and updates to capital reporting in line with upcoming regulations.
- Design and implementation of a mortgage pipeline dataset and reporting suite for regulatory compliance and Treasury hedging enhancements.
- Development of a digital solution for corporate tax reporting.
- Improvements in efficiency and data quality for Treasury hedging processes.
Experience and Relationships
In this role, you will gain insights into how regulatory changes affect our financial risk categories and organization-wide reporting. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, enabling you to explore finance-specific areas and enhance their reporting capabilities.
Flexible Working Arrangements
We support hybrid working, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work. Collaboration in the office fosters problem-solving and connection among colleagues.
Project Involvement
You will work within the Regulatory Reporting Value Stream, contributing to strategic projects that enhance our reporting infrastructure, data, and tools. Flexibility is essential as you navigate various projects at different stages, adapting to a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, with experience in VBA and PowerBI preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for testing complex requirements.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to challenge when necessary.
- A proven track record in delivering change or automation within finance or treasury reporting.
