We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for procuring raw materials, semi-finished or finished goods and services from external sources of supply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive supplier selection and development
  • Support business KPIs by providing supplier performance feedback and recommendations
  • Expedite supplier order acknowledgements and manage inbound supply
  • Negotiate best price and terms for new contracts
  • Manage supplier relationships and mitigate quality, cost, and delivery issues
  • Support customer orders, production planning, and new enquiries
  • Review MRP system to ensure accurate data, including vendor details, safety stock, MOQ, lead times, and component pricing
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of developing supplier relationships and managing vendor performance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently
