Site Supervisor

This is a Site Supervisor role that has become available to be part of a team that provides FM and Maintenance services at a secure facility in Worcestershire. Working in a secure environment, you will be leading a team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering facilities maintenance across the estate.

  • Deliver a range of facilities services to the facility in line with contractual commitments.
  • Lead a team of building engineers, stores personnel, and cleaners while working with contractors on site.
  • Maintain standards as set out in the Service Level Agreement.
  • Communicate problems and concerns promptly through line management, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and security of staff, contractors, premises, and equipment by encouraging and monitoring best practices at all times.
  • Liaise with management to receive and manage expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • High-level security clearance will be required, so a clean record is essential.
  • Previous experience of working within the Facilities/Estate management arena.
  • Facilities Management qualifications are advantageous.
  • Team management, working on their own initiative, understanding deadlines and priority.
