Job Summary:

Thorn Baker Facilities Maintenance is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on commercial buildings, including PPMS and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance work on commercial buildings, including PPMS and reactive works
  • Work on commercial contracts, with a focus on building services maintenance
  • Use a proactive approach to work, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
  • Fault find effectively on various types of equipment

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition certification
  • IPAF and PASMA qualifications (ideally)
  • Proven experience in building services maintenance on commercial buildings
