Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bridge Design Engineer to join our team at Advance TRS. As a key member of our design engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the technical design aspects of bridge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out structural analysis and design for all bridge types (steel, concrete, and composite bridges)
  • Provide expertise when projects are in the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications
  • Lead and manage design teams to deliver high-quality bridge designs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Valid full driving license
  • Strong technical knowledge of bridge design and construction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience and suitability)
  • 25 days leave + birthday off
