Job Description

Service Development and Reporting Manager

The Victims and Survivors Service is seeking a highly skilled Service Development and Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing new services, leading internal and external reporting, and managing information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Develop new services in line with the VSS remit, including leading the design of new service areas and reviewing and evolving existing services.
    • Liaise with community partners, service users, funders, and others to develop services through co-design.
    • Utilize data, learning, and information available internally and externally to develop and enhance effective services and support for victims and survivors.
  • Reporting and Information Management
    • Design and develop effective systems and processes for the collation and presentation of timely internal reporting to support operational and strategic decision making.
    • Develop internal processes and approaches to effective and efficient information sharing and communications within a hybrid working environment.
    • Coordinate and manage external reporting, including the VSS Corporate and Delivery Plans, Annual Reports, and ad hoc reporting.
    • Coordinate the analysis and presentation of information relating to activity undertaken by Community Partner Organisations.
  • Data Protection and Compliance
    • Fulfill the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) for VSS and lead on a project to deliver and maintain an Electronic Records and Document Management System (ERDM).
    • Experience of monitoring compliance with UK GDPR and organizational data protection policies.
    • Experience of leading a change management project involving large volumes of data/information.
