At Score Group, we are seeking an experienced Emissions Service Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Emissions Elimination (Leak Detection & Repair) efforts in the Europe & Africa business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the EE strategy in alignment with the Group objectives, create business plans, and manage action plans to achieve high-level business objectives and KPIs.
- Team Management: Lead the Europe & Africa EE working group, ensuring collaboration with other business units and the technology team is maintained at all times.
- Financial Management: Responsibility for the EE Profit & Loss account, development of budgets, forecasts, and associated commentary, financial reporting of the EE business, and management of customer relationships.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Business Development: Manage the production of marketing collateral in line with the business strategy, conduct business development to grow the EE business across the E&A business unit, and provide BD support to the Score Group BU's as required.
- Operations Management: Responsibility for the day-to-day EE operations, including the supervision of the E&A EE Team, scheduling of activities, and management of customer relationships.
- Human Resources: Manage all aspects of the team from an HR standpoint, including recruitment, training & competency, KPI attainment, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the LDAR program through the identification and implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
- Customer Relationships: Management of customer relationships, opportunities, and expectations, including attendance at their premises for quarterly performance meetings.
- Industry Representation: Attendance at industry conferences and events to promote the EE LDAR program, network with customers, suppliers, and vendors, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practice.
- Technical Support: Provide technical and commercial support for internal Project Engineers (customer focal points) for E&A and the wider Score Group as required.
- Process Improvement: Chair weekly production WIP meetings to ensure all EE jobs are being managed and delivered effectively and profitably, and approval of all invoicing in accordance with company procedures.
- Incident Management: Where required, assist with resolution of all INC, customer complaints, and associated Q/A queries.
- Tender Management: Development and approval of Emissions (LDAR) tender bids, including the generation of technical and commercial responses.
- Technical Support: Provide EE (LDAR) technical support to the technology team and Score Group business units as required.
- Education: Desirable - Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, NDE, or related field.
- Experience: Desirable - SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in associated field, knowledge and experience of the valve and/or LDAR industries, experience in people management and conflict resolution, strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements, experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the energy sector), experience in a previous customer-facing role, and experience of the LDAR industry.
