Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

Rayner Personnel is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Totnes, Devon. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a large residential portfolio, negotiating rents with landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct viewings of properties and negotiate rents with landlords and tenants
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and marketing material for properties
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within lettings or property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Benefits:
  • Basic salary 20k-22k
  • Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
