Female Personal Assistant

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Female Personal Assistants to provide support to a disabled woman who is a wheelchair user. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic tasks, and accompanying her to social events.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and ironing
- Accompanying the client to social events, such as choir events, cinema, and theatre
- Providing support with daily living tasks, such as getting in and out of bed
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
The successful candidates will be required to work a minimum of 1-2 shifts per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. The shifts will be a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends.
Pay and Benefits:The hourly rate for this position is £12.50, with a sleepover rate of £84.00. Holiday pay of 28 days pro-rata is also provided. All expenses related to the role will be paid, except for travel to and from the place of work.
Training and Support:Full training will be provided to the successful candidates, including training on the client's specific needs and requirements. Ongoing support and supervision will also be provided.
