About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE Retail. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their features and benefits
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy among colleagues and customers
