About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Waverley Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with a wide range of needs, from companionship to personal care
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and report any changes
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals
