We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our structures division, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in delivering complex and challenging structural projects.

• Lead a team of engineers in the design and delivery of structural projects
• Develop and implement design strategies and solutions
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Manage project costs and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

• Minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering
• Full UK driving license and own transport
• Chartered or near-chartered status with a relevant body (MICE or MIStructE)
