About the Role

We are seeking an E-Tendering Officer to join our procurement and commercial team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective e-tendering system support to enable the efficient and compliant tendering of goods, works, and services by the council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of systems and administrative duties to support officers across the council.
  • Provide support to relevant departmental Senior Managers in a prompt and professional manner, acting as the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Be proficient in the use of management information systems, workflows, and data analysis.
