About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Expert to join our team at Sodexo in RAF Odiham, Hook, Hampshire. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food services to our armed forces personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standard
  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Work collaboratively with the FOH team to drive service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
