About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional to be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of delivering exceptional payroll services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their payroll needs and implement our systems to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Skills: Implementation and onboarding of new clients, including manual calculations and end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their payroll needs are met and exceeded.
  • Parallel Run Processing: Assist with the processing of parallel runs to ensure accurate and timely payroll results.
  • Payroll Balancing: Verify that all run results balance with the client's previous payroll provider.
  • Client Guidance: Provide clear and concise guidance to clients on our service and system features.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
