A Cromwell nursing role encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities, including the management of complex medical and surgical patients, consulting, and assisting with anesthesia and schedule III procedures. Our veterinary surgeons value and respect the nursing team, fostering a professional environment where everyone can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Lead Nurses, working closely with a Group Nursing Manager and another Clinical Nursing Manager to ensure effective nursing leadership across the business.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to support the growth and success of the practice.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive business objectives and improve patient care.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional development and excellence in patient care.
