Position Overview:
As a key member of our team at ATS Recruitment, you will take on the role of a Construction Compliance Inspector. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with one of the foremost Approved Inspectors in the industry, providing tailored building control services to meet diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within a designated geographical area, fostering strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement in building regulations planning and site evaluations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings under construction or renovation, collaborating closely with developers and contractors to ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Perform plan assessments to verify adherence to relevant building codes.
- Manage your workload effectively, ensuring a responsive and professional service while maximizing on-site presence.
- Document inspection findings in the database and communicate feedback to clients.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required, focusing on relationship building.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should be registered with 1 RBI or in the process of obtaining an interview for levels 2-3.
- Relevant qualifications such as MRICS, MCABE, MCIOB, MCICIOW, or equivalent in the field of Building Control are essential.
- Proven ability to conduct inspections at various stages of construction.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building control, including plan checking and site inspections, along with experience in warranty, quality, or defect resolution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, associated legislation, and construction standards is required.
