- Client Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for client meetings, including financial summaries, investment proposals, and risk assessments.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all financial plans and documentation adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Technical Expertise: Utilise financial planning software and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors, client service teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and regulatory changes to continually enhance the quality of financial planning services provided.
- 5+ years of experience in paraplanning, financial planning, or a related field, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- A relevant degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with additional certifications such as CFP, CII, or equivalent being highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial documentation and analysis.
- Proficient in financial planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and platforms.
