We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a skilled joiner.

We are seeking a skilled joiner to produce high-quality components to the required standards and specification in line with the S.O.P and drawings.

• Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P
• Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
• Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process
• Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately
• Comply with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.

• Ability to follow drawings, specifications and instructions with accuracy, and in line with the S.O.P
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for carpentry
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
