Lead Our Academy to Success

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Head Coach to join our team at SZ United FC. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our footballers and coaching staff.

As our Academy Head Coach, you will be responsible for developing the training syllabus and session plans, leading the management and oversight of team manager training sessions and matchdays, delivering coaching on our club nights, and strengthening connections with our soccer school Skillz UK to transition players into SZ United.

You will work closely with our coaches, managers, coach developer, and Academy Directors to offer hands-on support and elevate coaching standards across the team. Your expertise and passion for football will help us build a child-centered football development club where players thrive.
