Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Location: TW2, Twickenham

Contract Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours

Pay: £12.04 per hour

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll work closely with individuals to provide personalized support, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals in their homes and communities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of support plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
