We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Central London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our MEP projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the success of our MEP projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing project costs and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
  • Preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and reports
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and opportunities
  • Collaborating with our project teams to ensure that projects are delivered safely and efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3+ years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably on large infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, change control, and post-contract management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MRICS or working towards preferred
